Check the weather before you come!

Browns Bay Market is situated in a large car park off Anzac Road. In poor weather it can be quite exposed.

 

Tables are available for hire on a first come, first served basis.

You are welcome to bring your own gazebo, but these cannot be over 2.5m x 2.5m. If the winds are anything over 25kph, for the safety of everyone at the market, you may be asked to put it down.

 

Visit the metservice for the latest forecast and decide if you should stay at home or not.

Gazebos

​You are welcome to bring your own gazebo, but the following rules apply.

Size:

It must be no larger than 2.5 x 2.5m in size, otherwise you may be asked to take and pay for two spots.

Weights and tie downs:

You must also bring enough weights and tie downs to stop the gazebo from flying away. There must be a minimum of three points fixed to a heavy object (ie a car or a weight) on the windward side and ideally four points.

 

You are responsible:

The Browns Bay Market Charitable Trust owns no gazebos and accepts no liability for any damage or injury caused by a stall holders gazebo.
